I bought this computer some time ago and I have had some strange problem I dont know how to solve really. Nothing has been overclocked. Here are the specifications:

Antec NeoPower HE 500W
AMD X2 4200+ (Socker 939)
Asus A8N-E Rev 2
Corsair TWINX2048-3200C2 (2-3-3-6-T1 @ 2,75V)
Sapphire Radeon x1800XT 512MB
Creative X-Fi XtremeMusic
3x Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA2 16MB
(C: D: E: 1x320GB | F: 2x320GB Raid 0)
Windows XP SP2

Temps (idle | full load):
CPU: 35-40C | +10C.
Chipsets: 36-42C | unsure
GPU: 55-57C | 65-75C.
HDD1 (1x320GB): 40C

Voltage (SpeeFan readings):
Vcore1: 1,34V - 1,38V
Vcore2: 0,00V
+3,3V: 3,18V - 3,20V
+5V: 4,89V - 4,97V
+12V: 11,65V - 11,82V
-12V: -1,66V - 1,83V (??)
-5V: -8,78V (??)
+5V 4,76V - 4,84V (Another +5V?)
Vbat: 3,09V

These voltages readings seems strange, anything to worry about?
Now to the problems:
Windows will not always start. It gets stuck at the loading screen, just keeps moving that bar, I have waited for 20mins and nothing. I have reinstalled Windows XP SP2 three times. Once with the latest drivers, once with the drivers on the CDs included and now with a mix.
Everytime after installation of chipset drivers the Sata Raid driver is disabled and I cant enable it, however it works after I reinstall it.
Games crash randomly. Games tested so far, Evil Genius, Project: Snowblind, Titan Quest. All games has crashed, but Titan Quest has given me 2 BSODs pointing to ATi3duag.dll and 1 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I have recived no BSODs since last reinstall. But the games still crash randomly. All games are installed on D:
Sometimes (not daily) I recive about 15 errors in the Event Viewer: "An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk1\D during a paging operation." S.M.A.R.T. readings from the drive seems fine.
The memory has been tested extensivly. No errors. 12h Memtest86+ v1.60 on this computer. Memtest 86+ v1.65 10 passes, Windows Memory Diagnostics 22 passes, Prime95 and RST Pro all on another computer with the Corsair memory.

As far as I can gather the problem seems to be Harddrive related, but the voltages seems a bit strange. I am planning to do a low level format next week as soon as I get the CD.
I dont have a CD/DVD-burner so I have to wait for my friend to burn the Seagate SeaTools and Ultimate Boot CD.

Anything else I could do? The crashes are so random, I can play for 5h without a crash and next time I play only 5min pass before the game crash.

I will appreciate any help you can give me. Except for the low level format I am out of ideas. Please help me.

What version of the catalyst drivers are you using? Could be problems with older drivers. And don't trust the readings from speedfan or the bios they can be way of, as an example on my computer speedfan says that my +12v is -12.5v. Try checking the voltages manualy, i can't seem to remember what the tool is called that you do that with, but i'm sure someone on this forum will remember.

I guess you are referring to a Multimeter, I will try to get my hands on one.
I have tried Catalyst 6.5 and 6.6. Currently using 6.6.

Ah, thank you very much my mind completely blanked on the word multimeter. And when you test do it with your computer at idle and under load if the voltages jump around you have a problem.

A friend of mine is a trained electrician, as soon as he has time I will check the computer.
If the PSU is faulty, I will have to get a new one, I was thinking about the Seasonic S12 500W. Is it a good purchase?

The problem with:
"An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk1\D during a paging operation."
Seems to happen when Windows is starting. The Event viewer sometimes show errors around the time windows is loading, between 5-15 errors. Sometimes I get 1 error during the day. This might very well be related to the problem with Windows failing to start.
