Motherboard is a nforce 680i manufacturer is evga
PSU is a thermaltank toughpower 700watt
Memory is corsair 2 gigs of pc 6400c4
Videocard is a xfx gefoce 7900gs
Seagate 320 gig sata harddrive
samsung dvd burner
Case is a nzxt zero
CPU is e6600 stockcooling
When we turn the power onto the psu we get a blue light on the motherboard, when we go to turn on the computer itself the fans spin for less then a second late everything stops running and we got an orangish yellowish light next to the blue light on the motherboard.
The first time we tried to turn on the computer it smelled like something was burning, second time after trying checking everything, the fans actually spinned at full speed but for about a second and then everything stops, there was no burning smell though either, were not getting any beeps at all either(don't know though if I should be on this motherboard though).
Now this is my first build so the only things I've been getting from the internet searches is that either the motherboard, cpu, psu, videocard, memory, or just that everything is not connected correctly is at fault.
