So here is what I am looking at..

MOBO - GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128358

CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115017

RAM - OCZ SLI-Ready Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227269

HDD - Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136319

Video Card - 55nm GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130434

Case - Antec 1200 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129043&Tpk=antec 1200

Pretty much have no idea what PSU to pickup. Modular would be very nice but is not required. Anyone have any advise?

Lots of great options out there. The Corsair 620 is a favorite modular unit and the PCP&C 750 is probably the best deal going on a non-modular psu ($65 at amazon).

btw microcenter is advertising the Q6600 at $159. Might be worth the trip if you have one near by. Also, I think there is supposed to be a new price structure announced today so you may be able to get in on a 45nm quad for a decent price if that interests you:)

Just making sure that OP doesn't get let down by the rebate. But $100 for that PSU from amazon.com is still an excellent price.

PC Power & Cooling S75CF 750W PSU - $120

Anyway, OP, your system does not require a 750W PSU. You could get away with a quality 550W PSU. However, considering that you can get the above PSU for $100, it's really hard to recommend lower wattage PSUs since most of them don't have the awesome price to power to performance ratio as the above Amazon.com deal. So I highly recommend buying that Amazon PSU deal ASAP.

If you miss the Amazon deal, go with the following PSUs:
BFG Tech LS-550 550W PSU - $62
Corsair 650TX 650W PSU - $100

Ok the BFG LS-550 does have just as good of a value as the PC P&C 750. :D
