New Computer Freezing...

I just built this brand new PC, A64 3000+ system....

My only problem is, sometimes It just stops. I could be in the middle of surfing the web and my mouse, keyboard and monitor just halt. CTRL+ALT+DEL doesn't work, and I have to manualy restart the computer. It does this reguardless of whether I'm at the PC or not. My CPU temps hover around 45*C, which isn't too bad. Powersupply is an Enermax 350 watt....
 
we need more specs:

gfx card
hd type
what os and what service pack of os
whether or not you did crit. updates
updated drivers?
soundcard type?
check cables?
psu wattage?
