A friend of mine has $800 for a new computer. What is the best I can do for $800?
I am not looking to make any profit so keep that in mind.

He needs a good monitor. (Preferably 19")
He needs a DVD/CD burner.
He needs a reasonably good video card. (Maybe some UT2004)
He needs a good case. (None of those terribly cheap cases)
He needs speakers.
He needs keyboard and mouse.
He needs CPU, motherboard, ram, hard drives, heatsink, etc.

Now I basically have something in mind for all of these. But I have not been following computer components lately so I am sorta out of the loop. So I am looking to make sure I am doing the best I can for the money. Of course it will be AMD due to price. Also regarding overclocking he will not be. (He is just a regular user) Though I can overclock some if it is fairly troublefree. I don't feel like having to constantly troubleshoot just cause it is overclocked.

Preferably I would like to order all these components from the same place if possible to save on shipping.

I look forward to seeing your suggestions!
