1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? Etc
I will be using it for gaming.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I have a budget of 700, maximum of 750.

3) Where do you live?
Lowell, Massachusetts

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case, Mobo, RAM, CPU, hard drive, video card, power supply

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
BenQ 16X DVD±R DVD Burner With LightScribe Black E-IDE/ATAPI Model DW1655 LightScribe Support – OEM

6) Will you be overclocking?
I don’t usually overclock

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
I’ll be using a resolution between 1680x1050 to 1920x1080

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Hopefully in the next couple of weeks.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.
Firewire, but not necessary.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?
Vista business 64-bit

Thank you in advance!!

Agreed. Not much to add to that. Maybe go with a Phenom II 955 and use that $40 towards a 5850. A 5850/955 would offer noticeably better gaming performance than a 5830/1055.

Love the new XFX power supplies.

noticealbly yes but not the $90 more for 5850, right now 5830 is best value for 1080p gameplay.

with x6 1055t keep in mind more games are taking advantage of multi-core PCs. BC2, NFS Shift come to mind and more games like crysis 2 which run its physics engine on the CPU. While 1055t may not increase FPS in general, it does help keeping min FPS higher than 4 core cpu in some games.
