Agreed. Are good designers hard to find??? Well, I know the answer really. There are plenty of great designers out there; unfortunately the people making the decisions have no taste.

I find this to be true in 90% of my freelance work. People look for a designer, then destroy their designs until it looks like what they had in mind (which usually sucks). I don't say much, why? Because it's not worth the back and forth arguing and I like getting paid :D

They all seem really big, going the wrong way size wise. That Zalman is 44L, and the corsair is probably close to that.
 
That Zalman case is ridiculously big. Why do they even bother to call it 'mini'?

What I liked is the new C2 by Jonsbo, sold by Cooltek in Europe.

I wonder the same thing when I see a "Mini" smartphone that has a >4" screen, it doesn't make sense. This seperates the men from the boys, where real design creativity and skilled engineering seperates the creative use of marketing and corp-speak.

That's why Necere is the manliest of men, next to Jony Ive.

I forgot where, but I read that they accidentally posted the dimensions of the shipping box, the case is a little bigger than the 250D. Still way too big for me but not as egregious as 72L.

Edit: Found another case to add to the list, the ID-Cooling SFX-T60:





Couldn't find any dimensions listed but it looks to be about 10-10.5L

Now that is interesting. Although it looks extremely plastic, it might also be the bad photos.
It does seem to be very unfinished, with the lack of feet and stuff like audio ports.
 
The panel is extruded aluminum that's been either painted or powder coated.

It probably is a prototype, I couldn't find too much info on it anywhere.
 
That Raijintek doesn't look like it's going to have any airflow for the GPU. Low-end only, I guess (without mods, at least).
