I was lloking into getting a new case and came across this one at newegg:
Silverstone
The reviews at newwegg seem very favorable. basicly I just want case thats going to be big enough to hold 4 hdd's in coolers, 2 dvd drives and maybe later a fan controller or multimedia controller. not sure if I'm going to go water cooled or not yet but I'd like to have the room to do it if I decide to. Do you think this case is going to be big enough? I hopeing to find something for less then $100. any advice you guys can give is greatly appreciated.

wow i dont know man, that thing is ugly for 62 bucks

i would definetly not recommend it.

its just plain UGLY, aestetics matter man

aesthetics are also highly subjective, so how about leaving the flaming to yourself.

On Topic : I wouldn't trust reviews from Newegg, they generally accept mostly the favorable reviews.

I dont know much about that specific case, but silverstone is known for their high quality cases (although most of those that they are known for are also 250$). I would look around and see if you can find a review from an independent site, but if all else fails and you like that case silverstone is a great company.

mostly I'm looking for something that is going to provide the space that I want at a reasonable price. I had seen that brand recomended but not really that model. I don't really want or need a flashy case, just simple simple with lots of space.

Sounds like a full tower Chemning would suit you perfectly.

I have that case and I absolutely love it. It's tool-less design cannot be beat. It has all the features you could want, and then some. As for aesthetics, it grows on you. It might not be the prettiest case around, but it's a hell of a lot better looking than the NZXT Guardian.

You know, as cliche as it is becoming, I think that one of the full tower "Dragon" clones, like this one would better fit what you want to do with it. Big, lots of room, and not too expensive. That's just my opinion, tho...

That last case looks better then the one I found at first. At the price range that I'm looking at(less then $100) are any of these really quiet cases? Thats kinda a secondary concern of mine but not a major one. Again thanks for all your suggestions

That all depends on what you put in it. It certainly has the potential to be a silent case with the right parts and a little thought.
