new case question??

I just got a new case, a low end thing im going to end up ripping to pieces eventually, but im going to use it in the mean time. Ive run into a problem, the Power switch wires that attach to the motherboard are both black... I cant tell which is the + and which is the -...

should there any any indication on the plastic connector? does it even mater? actually, every wire is black, LEDs, power, reset, I just care less about the others... am i missing something here?
