New case from NZXT... Tempest EVO

The negative aspects in that review seem to be exactly what I don't want in a case.

Being anal aside, for being in the $100 area, it looks to be a nice case. I'm not familiar with NZXT cases but in that range, I didnt expect it to have things like fan filters and the like.
 
are those openings/gaskets in the mb tray for wire management or for wc tubing?
