New card to replace 9800 Pro 256MB?

Ok, my system took a shit. CPU and mobo are fried and I need to upgrade. I don't have a lot of money to spend on the new rig.

Basically, I want to know what PCI-E ~$250 range cards are better than the Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB card. I haven't really kept up with all the benchmarks lately. I'd appreciate any advice.

I'm not particular to either ATI or Nvidia.

Also, is $130 about right to sell my 9800 for?

sapphire x800GTO2 is by far your best bet, if you can find one
otherwise a 6800GT is a good choice, as is an x800XL but that might be a little out of your price range
