1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming - The specs have no been released for SW:TOR but I'd like something that would potentially run it on mid grade settings.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

Something that will utilize my hardware very well and is reliable. I may SLI in the future but not at the moment.

Below is what I have came up with already. When choosing the below parts I took reviews and feedback in consideration heavily. I'm not great with troubleshooting so I prefer parts that have a history of reliability. I did not include a CPU fan or a PSU. I can't seem to choose a PSU.

I was hoping you could help me with that as well? Obviously I want something with more than enough juice and modular cables would be nice.

Should I fork out another 50 bucks and double my Memory to 8GB?

Should I use the stock amd CPU fan and heatsink? I dont know how they perform.

You won't find a current AMD board that does SLI. There is a software hack to enable it, but nvidia drivers have started scanning for the hack and borking your system.

Overall the components I picked was okay then? Is the only reason you replace the gcard I picked with the ATI is for future crossfire?
 
Not bad not bad. But still, needs improvement. Forget the old AMD 790 chipset. NO O/C? no need a cpu fan. Plus, no need for the A-Data RAM with heatspreaders also. Plus, you missed the optical drive.

What computer case will you be reusing?

So then everything except the mobo looks good? What would you suggest?

I already have a optical drive and Ill be reusing an antec 900 2
 
Let's go with this. I agree with m_isom on the 955 cpu as the 965 won't add a noticeable difference.

Yes, you had mentioned sli in the future, but your board selection only supported crossfire. I misread you are not overclocking, so a stock heatsink should be fine. There are ways to cut and seeing the 955 cpu is another $10 off and free shipping in today's newegg hot deals.
