It wont make a difference if you go ATI or Nvidia. With that said, I recommend a gtx260 or HD4780. They are both great cards and you will be happy with either.

What the hell is an ASUS Royal Knight for $72?
We could easily recommend some coolers within the $30 to $40 range that I'm sure are better than the "Royal Knight".
