new build

I think you could pick up a better heatsink for the $50 you're currently spending. Take a look at the Xigmatek SI-1283. I highly recommend it.

Also, since you're buying a black edition processor in the 940, any particular reason why you're going for higher spec RAM? You can basically keep your FSB (or HTT) at 200 and keep pumping up the multiplier when overclocking.

Use the saved money on a higher end video card since more ordinary DDR2-800 memory costs maybe 30 bux after rebate.
 
this stuff is already purchased ...the items above i already have..
except waiting in mobo....
also have a pc power & cooling psu 750silencer still in the box....
all going in a custom built case by me....
still looking for a vid card bout 250 dollar range....
