Ok here I go I picked up a
Q6600 -SLACR
2.40/8m/1066/05A
680i LT Sli Motherboard
OCZ Reaper (QCZ2RPR800C44GK)
Corsair HX Series CMPSU-620HX 620W ATX Triple Power Supply
Thermaltake Armor W side fan
EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS 320mb
now i am at a delema of which heat sink to get I was thinking of getting the
Thermalright Ultima 90 CPU Cooler
inwhich would just fit inside of case even with the fan in or go the other route and get the bigger one of these and take fan out
Now i just want to know what others think please leave your feed back
everything here is bought already except for the heatsink

Well the hardware selection looks good, but if you're not going to SLI, I'd suggest a P35 chipset motherboard. Also, I'd suggest buying a Corsair Modular Power Supply over the OCZ ModStream.

i am thinking of going sli but funds have kinda depleted at the moment so i figure one card is better then having it all sit there doing nothing and as far as power supply i was looking at the one you mentioned and thinking of it as it is also modular want to try and hide as many wires as possible

no one notice? why the 320MB GTS? oh... you've already bought it... damn, the G92 GTS is much better performance with it almost matching the 8800GTX, would have been a much better buy.

If you are goingto go larger passive cooler, better to go with the Noctua NH12-P, has 4 U-shaped heatpipes, but the included fan only spins up to 1300RPM and is very very silent especially at about 900rpm (i don't have it, but my mate does). The only thing you probably won't like is the colour scheme, which is light brown housing of the fan and darker brown blades...

I have always been a fan of the Zalman for cooling myself especially if you lap it and it will fit but for the rest of your system it looks good but make sure you get good air flow that Video Card gets hot. SLI will also give you room to grow so cool dela and I know for certain you can match that video card for cheap....
