New build....WEIRD errors

ok well i just built a AMD Phenom II X2 system. all seemed well for the first day....

The errors

Every download is corrupt, but says downloaded fine
Mildly slow....sometimes
Long downloads
Tempatures read at -128C 12C 24C....ftw!
etc etc

If it says downloaded and it's corrupt, then it didn't save right to your hard drive. If it's loading slow, then it's having troubles accessing whatever it is you need. Long downloads from the hard drive messing up when it writes.

And the temperatures, well I'm not sure. I guess it could be possible your processor is messed up, but I'm an intel guy so I can't fully comment on that. Maybe try running OCCT to see the temps, and to check for stability. I'm leaning more towards the hard drive, however. Try using "HDD health" and see what it says about your drive.

running HDtune now. so far so good
although there is a few warnings

ive seen temps like that. trust me if you had something in your system running at 127c it would be smoking.
