Antec Performance I P180 case
Asus A8N-SLI Premium NF4SLI 939 MB
AMD 64 3800+ Athlon X2
(2) evga 6800GS CO 256-P2-N389-AX R
SeaSonic S12-500 wat PSU
Corsair twinx2048-3200c2pt (2 GB)

I've heard that there may be problems getting both GS6800's to fit the case....Anyone?
any problems with the SeaSonic PSU cable lengths ?

I have a very similar setup...I see no forseeable issues with getting two 6800GSs in there as long as you use the bottom cage for your harddrives. I know having harddrives in the top one kind of presses against the PCI-e power connector, but not to the point where it'd be damaging, I don't believe. I'll see tomorrow (er, well, later today, at this point) if there are any problems, but I've got the A8N-SLI Premium and a 7800GT (which is presumably roughly the same length), so I'll see if there are any issues with space.
