Hi all,
Just built a new HTPC today (specs below). At first I couldn't get it to boot. I checked all the connections over and over and eventually it did boot. I was installing Windows 7 on it and walked away. I came back in the room and the system was off.
At this point, it either won't boot at all or if I flip the power supply enough and wait it will power on and shut down. I was in the bios and all components are detected.
Do I have a bad power supply? What should I do to test it? I won this power supply from [H] and Seasonic so I can't return it but I can buy a new one if that's what it takes. I've built multiple successful builds without any issues like this. I've even build in this case before.
