New build not turning on

I have a new build that i used a 630w Type-m from Hiper to power that i bought from xoxide sale on impulse (boy do I regret it know) , but i think its doa because the build isn't powering on at all. Some others have complained about it happening to them as well, and that Hiper's U.S. support is completely absent. I can't return it to xoxide either, for obvious reasons. Anything that I should double check to verify it is the power supply before I call it a complete waste? If you've somehow managed to get a hold of Hiper have had a good experience with them, please tell me how you went about it.
 
Uggh. Hiper. Sorry about you luck man. Wish I could help. Unless you simply made an obvious mixup (4 pin power hooked up? PSU set at correct voltage?) chances are it DOA, and your out. Once again sorry, might want to look for something a little more reputable. I'm guessing you have learned your lesson though.
