New Build & Need Advice On Memory Options

I am doing my first build and I need advice on the best memory types and speeds for my new rig. Below is what I have so far.

HAF 932 AMD Edition
Gigabyte GA-790FXTA-UD5
AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE
Cooler Master Silent Pro

I would appreciate any help with the best memory types and speeds for this new build. Thanks so much in advance.

By the way, exactly what does this below mean. I'm new to this and just not sure which memory speeds it uses & why it only in 2 banks to reach the higher speeds..

* To reach DDR3 1866MHz or above, you must install two memory modules and install them in the DDR3_3 and DDR3_4 memory sockets.

Oh and what that means is I belive that to reach that 1866Mhz speed for the memory you need to use only 2 sticks of memory in those last 2 slots. I chose to get 3 sticks and go with more memory rather then higher speed.
