I got a budget of £1000 -1500 for the main rig, the main uses will be Internet, AutoCAD, Photoshop, photo editing large res pics) watching videos and the odd games (thou use a games console mostly for this) (also like to try video editing in the near future)
It must support usb3.0 and latest Sata, would like it to be very much future proof for upgrading, and fast for now too.
(For now it will be a air-cooled pc thou interested in water-cooling in the near future and to over-clock)

(or should i go upto a MSI X79A-GD65 (8D) Intel X79 Socket 2011 Motherboard and Intel Core i7 3930K CPU???)

I will be getting two LED 22” Monitors for multi dual desktops was looking at the LG IPS225V-BN LED 21.5" IPS Monitor, or might go bit bigger.

What are your thoughts??
 
Some changes I'd make:
- You honestly don't need a PSU larger than 620W. You would be fine with the Seasonic M12II or S12II 620W PSU or Corsair 650TX V2 PSUs. However if you really want a 850W PSU, that OCZ will be fine.

- I'd swap the SSD to the Crucial M4 128GB for better reliability. With that said, if you're willing to take a larger gamble, the Corsair SSD you chose is fine.

- Mobo wise, I'd look at the Asus Z68 mobos instead for a better UEFI interface.

Would getting a higher watt PSU mean i use more electric in the home?.. I might get another gpu for sli and watercool the system would higher PSU be better then?

No. The PSU only uses the amount of power needed by the PC. So if the PC only need 300W, then all that PSU will provide is 300W.

Yes in that case a larger PSU would be a good idea.

The Corsair has 510MB/s Write over the M4 with 175MB/s and has Random Write 4K: at 85,000 IOPS over 35000 IOPS on the M4, what advantage difference is this SSD? (spec found at scan.co.uk)

Here's the problem: The Corsair is based on the Sandforce SF-22xx series controller that has proved itself to be fairly unstable in Windows (the SF-22xx based SSDs all suffer from random BSOD issues just running Windows at all, and there is evidence that even the latest firmware doesn't fix the random BSOD problems for everyone). And yes, the random BSODs can occur even when the system is just plain idle at the Windows desktop.
 
Running a corsair 120gig force 3 SSD myself, win7 installed on it All new build as of about 3 weeks ago. Drive came shipped with most recent firmware, and I have had no stability issues with it so far.

And to the OP, if you ever going to buy something too powerful, the PSU is a good place to make that "mistake".
