Hello, I have a strange problem. I just put together the PC in my sig, Everything was plugged in and screwed down, I go press the power switch and nothing...i press it again and the LEDs fans and 6 phase LED on the MOBO light up for a second then turn off...no boot. I went to move the PC and noticed the case had a current running through it so I recieved a little jolt. I cannot get this thing to boot, is the Mobo not grounded? or is one of my parts defective? and help would be great.

I have tried a different PSU and the same symptoms occur
