I plan to do my build this weekend and I know I need to flush the rads but was also curious if I should fill the loop with distilled water and drain it before using the Mayhem Pastel. Also, when bleeding the system I assume it's advised to keep the port on the res open? For some reason every video I find doesn't not specify. Also with the way my system will be built the pump will feed right into the CPU and then into two radiators .. and back into the pump again.. is this an ok direction of flow? My hose also came with Sysprep.. I can't find much info on how to use it. Should it be used?

I keep the lid off my reservoir when filling and bleeding, only because I know I will have to add coolant during the process. I normally start with filling it 1/2 to 2/3 full then turn it on and let it suck it down before topping it off to the 3/4 mark.

As for your loop, I think most people run into the radiators after the heat generators before going back into the reservoir. I personally go from the pump to a rad and then components before going into the second rad and back into the reservoir. I did it that way because the plumbing would be easier and because the first rad can remove some of the heat generated by the pump.

Yes, keep the res open when bleeding
Direction of flow in custom loops doesn't make more than 2 degrees difference so you'll be fine
You can go ahead and not use sysprep if you don't want it, I don't find it to do much anyways.
