Well, this is my first Intel in I don't know how many years, when was the 300A overclocked to 450 a big deal? 
Starting off, I'd like to give kudos to Shuttle for building one hell of a mini-system in the SX38P2. This thing rules. Although after testing the fan speeds in the bios, I can definitely attest to the fact that people say it sounds like a blow dryer, because, it absolutely does. On "Max" the cpu fans sound like the old Delta 'Black Label' 60mm I had on an AMD Thunderbird.
LOUD.
Anyhow, I'm currently waiting on Vista Ultimate to install. I don't how long it's supposed to take, but it's a damn site longer than XP ever took on any system I've ever used before. Even on a a quad core @3.2 with a Raptor as the primary drive it's taking it's sweet time.
I also have to say that this is the easiest overclocking I've ever done. With some help from you guys explaining DDR2 (since I'm a noob to it all right now) I set the ram speed to '400' and away we go at 3.2ghz. Crazy.
I will say this: The 8800 GTX definitely fits, but it is the most harrowing experience to get it installed ever. You actually have to jam it up against the power supply cables and apply 'significant' pressure on the card while you guide it into the backplate, making sure not to gouge the motherboard while you do so, then hold it in while you screw everything down.
That sucked, it also takes up the entire right side of the case, blocking airflow by a good margin. The pressure issue could have been averted by Shuttle bringing the wires out of the opposite side of the PSU, but whats done is done.
Everything works, and seems to be all good.
Vista just got done and I'm going to bed. Tweaks tomorrow!
