My Build suggestions:

Athlon II X2 245 + Asus 785G EVO AM3

4gb DDR3-1600 G.skill + XFX HD5770

Antec 300 + EA500D

Win 7 pro

Samsung F3 1TB

Comes to almost exactly $700.

Highlights: Better quality mobo than ASrock, much better gpu and company. 2gb more quality ram. The Athlon 245 is actually cheaper than the 240 atm and is 100mhz faster. Caviar Black is good but for a few $$ less the Samsung F3 is just as good.
