It's been a really long time since I've had a new build, and my old one is really showing it's age. So, I'm looking to see how much it would run to build something new.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Mostly office work and web browsing. Eventually I plan on livestreaming D&D games, video editing/podcasts. The livestreaming shouldnt be as demanding as typical gaming streams, since its browser-based and not an actual game. Also, minor gaming (CSGO and similar)
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I wasn't sure where to go here. 800ish before Taxes & Shipping. Though I doubt it's possible, if I can save some money, it's be nice.
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
US, New Jersey
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU (and cooler, if needed), Mobo, Video Card, RAM, SSD for OS.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and modOR.
Case, fans, power supply, storage hard drives
6) Will you be overclocking?
Probably not. Minor OCing if anything.
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
1920x1080, 2 24"s I believe
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Within the next month or so.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Nothing specific stands out to me.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes, Windows 10.

We need more specifics on what you're reusing. We need the brand, model, and age of each item.

Can you reach one of the Micro Center locataons in New York or New Jersey?

Is your Windows 10 license Pro or non-Pro? Retail, OEM, or System Builder?

Will you game on both of your monitors?

That's looks about right for your needs.

I would replace your power suppy too though. Especially if it's anywhere close to as old as the rest of your system.

Here's an EVGA 500w B1 for $40 on Newegg:

EDIT: Also, note that the 7500 I linked you DOES include an Intel stock cooler. But those things are garbage and a 212 Evo for $25 bucks is def worth it in the long run.

The parts are being used from the main build in my sig. I Will be taking horrors advice and getting a new power supply, but consider that separate from this budget.

Microcenter is, unfortunately not an option. Dont live close to any of them.

Not sure why it's needed but I will be upgrading immediately to Windows 10 Education.

Single monitor gaming.
