New Boot Drive

Just wondering if the following is do-able. I have two VRaptors in raid0,boot drive (on a Gigabyte UD3P mb, ICH10, Windows 7). I just ordered an Intel SSD that I would like to use as the boot drive and keep the existing raid array as my other drive (still in raid0, I have another drive for storage etc in non raid mode). I would hope all I have to do is go into bios and chose the Intel as disk0/1st drive in HDD priority menu and just instal OS from cd. The existing raid array would be 2nd choice in bios options. Sound about right??
