So I got my Ip35 Pro today and when I opened the box, the reset switch under the ps/2 ports has fallen off and was out of the bag. I was able to get it back on but it seems that it is quite flimsy and will just fall off again. I have not tried it yet as my cpu comes tomorrow. But should I rma the board or keep it.

has this happened to anybody else, and is others buttons flimsy.

RMA it.

I just read today on a forum where somebody had the battery holder on his new Gigabyte come off.
Unfortunately either due to a manufacturing flaw or rough handling in transport these things happen to a small no. of people & today was your day to be unlucky.

I had the same thing happen to my IP35 Pro. The black plastic assembly for the switch crumbled apart and fell off. I really didn't have a need for the switch anyway, so I bent the terminals to touch each other (default) and have been using the board like that ever since. I didn't feel like RMA'ing it and having to wait. If I've gotta reset the CMOS, I'll just take my side panel off and reset it with the jumper on the board.
