New 9700pro (A64 3200) 3dmark score :)

Hey guys. Not posted here for a while but since I got my new A64 3200 rig up and running I thought I would share my gfx card overclocking antics. :)

Heres the specs:
3200 A64 @ stock with 2-3-3-6 timings.
2x256 twinmos 3200
9700pro @ 385/365

Cpu temp = 36c idle 41c load
Sys temp = 31c.

Not bad for a stock cpu and a 9700pro.

Those scores just go to prove how much the video card really doesn't matter in 3DMark.
 
Well my old score in 3dmark 03 with a 2.4ghz barton and 9700p clocked at 390/350 was 5,780. The A64 has added about 330 marks to the score. In 2001 though it added about 2,000 marks.

Maybe you got a 6400 (the 03 score, not the 01 score) in 2001... no way a geforce 4 would get 20k. impossible

He thought it was 14k, which is about right for a GF4.
