Card is not running strong. Bios selector is at 950/1250, stock clocks @ 0.975v. Afterburner reads it bouncing between 100% and 64% load constantly in 3dmark11. 3dmark11 says it does not recognize the card and lists it as generic VGA.

I uninstalled cat 12.8, rebooted into safemode, driversweeper, rebooted, then installed 12.8 with no change

Here is my score, which seems pathetic.

Just flipped the bios switch to position one. My new 3dmark11 score is 4967. What the heck is going on? It listed 100% GPU usage this time.

Mine comes today, though I wont be able to install till this weekend. I'll check and see if it does the same thing. ::Hopes it does not::

Okay. It looks like the card is sticking at 0.975v all the time. I manually set the voltage to 1.175 and my score went up to P8044. Graphics card is still not recognized by 3dmark11

Well this is fun. Tried to put in my old card, system boots, windows sound but the screen is stuck on the windows logo. Put in the new card and everything is okay.

Installed Windows on another partition. Old card works fine. Looks like the primary Windows installed got fuxxored. Rolled back Windows, old card installs fine.

Going to RMA. Fresh Windows partition and here is the results of the card left to it's own devices. My 6950 does around P6400 for reference.

I have the same issue with 3d mark not recognizing the card, but my scores are between 7500-7600 on a 2600k stock, which seems about right.

Let me know if your new card shows up in 3d mark correctly.

I decided to RMA it for a refund and just buy a used card down the road. With all the problems I have had, maybe it's just not meant to be right now. That and the Vapor-X is apparently voltage locked as well.

I just submitted for a RMA too. The card is currently listed as 'discontinued' on newegg's site so I have the sapphire 950mhz version coming as a replacement instead.
