New 64bit 3000+ and heat question

Currently running a 3000+ 64 chip on an msi k8n neo pt. Running at 245*10 at 1.75 volts with a koolance system. My temps under load go between 49 to 51. Is this fine. Also heard that some not all msi boards with newcastle chips misreport the temp.
