New 360 Arcade Problems?

Well I got a new Arcade console last Tuesday, as my main 2 360's (Elites/Pro) were banned.

It had an MFR date of 8/31/08. I hooked it up yesterday during first boot it gave me E-71 and then after restarting it worked.

Now the tray is making weird noises, sometimes have to push it in, and stuff!

I would just return it. No point in living with the problem if you just got it.

I don't know where you purchased from, but return/exchange it for a new one.
