We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

I recently changed the passkey on my NetGear router, but devices that were recently connected to the network are still connecting via the old key (several iPhones and an ASUS repeater). Is there a wait period before the changes kick in? Or do I need to power cycle or something?

Most likely need to cycle the router for the changes to take place.

Yup. Just that simple. Getting the repeater to function properly afterward? That's another story, but it's all working now. Thanks.
