So I just built a new system. Since adding this system it's transfer rates are terrible.
I have a gigabit network setup, OMV server, multiple PCs (not all running at the same time)
The new setup has a Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 board.
When I use the new system to transfer files over the network to it, I get speeds of 1.0MB/s to 3.0MB/s. When I tried using FTP to my server, I get 13.6MB/s average. Previously, I'd saturate my Gigabit network. I tested another system transfering a file over the network from the server and it got 40MB/s to 70MB/s. So I know it's not the OMV server.
