Greetings,
I need to map and document my network but I can't find software that meets all of my needs. What I'm looking for is something that will give me a visual diagram like something generated in Smartdraw or Visio but will allow me to drill into each component to get more information.
So, If i have a diagram of my WAN I want to click on the external router and be able to enter/see things like port names, IP addresses, router serial number, etc. Or click on the WAN link and be able to see/enter things like the carrier, circuit ID, etc.
I don't really need active network monitoring as we're using PRTG but, if it does a cool job of it then I'm interested.
Being able to view or access the diagrams as web pages would be a bonus.
Any ideas or suggestions?
