Network Diagram Program for Visio 2000

I have been given the task of creating a visio diagram for a new project we are hoping to implement in the next few months. its a row of 14 server cabinets filled with appliances, routers, switches, etc. i know Visio 2003 and above has some awesome templates for these type of rack diagrams but i can't find anything for Visio 2000.

We are attempting to procure licenses for the newest Visio but since i work for the state it will take them awhile to get back to me with a yes or no. just wanted to se what some of you guys use.
