Network/Bandwidth monitor for Ubuntu?

I'm used to using NetWorx on windows, but I need something to use on Ubuntu now. I did some google'ing but am getting lost tonight. I really would like something does long term tracking of bandwidth usage. I like how NetWorx saves hourly rates and then just adds them up for the various daily, weekly, monthly reports.
I messed with ntop for a few minutes before I realized that it does not natively save stats without an additional plugin, right? That seems like to much for me tonight....zzzz
Any suggestions you guys got would be appreciated!

Most people I know running linux/unix distros use NTOP for bandwidth monitoring,

You can search for it through the Software Center or install it with apt-get install ntop.
