Just showing off my modded server case, did this 2 years ago. Took a month of 2 to 3 hours a day. I was being very meticulous. in order to make everything work like I needed.

Custom atx board mount
2 power supplies. One for MB, and video card, other for fans, lights and drives. (I have a relay that turns on the second one)
7 120mm fans, I had to make all of the ports and mounts for them
Hidden magnetic on/off switch

Thought I would post pics before I upgrade it when the nf590 Lanparty becomes available.
I'll have to change the motherboard, cpu, mem, powersupplies, video card and hard drives (going to get a cage for them). MB is 4 years old hence all of the neccessary upgrades :(
 
Im curious on your audigy live drive, did you just sand down a white one and vinyl dye it black, or did you take a black one and sand it down to remove all of the markings just curious.
 
Why did you go with two power supplies? Are they both fairly low wattage? I would think that you could have easily powered the entire thing with 1 decent power supply.

I did a quick calculation on a website and came up with the following
Recommended PSU: 412W (229W on +3.3v & +5v rails) for:
-1 x Motherboard without onboard devices
-9 x Fans (including PSU fans)
-4 x Memory (128MB DDR)
-1 x Graphic Card
-1 x PCI Sound
-3 x HDD
-2 x CD-RW
-1 x Floppy
-8 x USB devices
-1 x Keyboard
-1 x Mouse
-CPU: AMD K8 2.0 GHz Athlon 64 DTR with 1,024 KB L2 Cache @ 1.50 V
 
I intended on doing some overclocking with this case and I wanted to be asbolutely positve that I didnt drain the power supply with all the other stuff.


I also went with fans because it was way cheaper than water and this case is perfect for air cooling.
 
I'm with you on air cooling. I'll spend the money on water cooling when its completely necessary.
