Fuck me sideways but I can't get for the life of me to get this piece of shit to work with comcast. I got as far as to get the untrusted port get the external IP from comcast, but then fucker wont do anything inside the network. I cant ping, I can't go on any website. Can't do shit.

unlplug it along with ur modem.

then power up the netscreen first and then the comcast modem. should be up and running

Yes, more than likely it has to do w/ Comcast. I once had a Linky that i could not get to work w/ Comcast unless i went thru a certain chain of events. I use a Netscreen at home myself & it works great w/ Comcast.
I would unplug (AC) the CM & wait like 30 secs, then unplug/plug the NS. Once active again, plug the CM back in. This time it should register the NS MAC.
