Hey all,
I just purchased a Netgear WGT624 wireless router.
I was attempting to upgrade the firmware on my router and something must have gone wrong. I did check my serial number against the info on Netgear's website and it said that my unit was compatible. I loaded the firmware upgrade and reset the router as instructed on the website. When the router came back up the power light/indicator started flasing and hasn't stopped. I reset the router again and got the same thing. The wired ports on the router are functioning but wireless functionality is not. What can I do to fix this?
P.S. I did backup my settings before I tried the firmware upgrade, I just can't get into the router to restore the settings. It is not responding to my request to connect to it through http://192.168.0.1.
I did search the internet for answers but these folks don't really have any answers. Any ideas?
