I have been wanting to upgrade my home network as well as ding some rearranging which will require me to go to wireless. I am now entirely hard wired.
For my main router I am considering the NETGEAR WNDR3700 it has some really good reviews from some big dogs as well as customer reviews. I want to stick with one brand for compatibility.
I will be moving my computer away from my HDTV so I need to get access from my computer to my Media center (Blu-Ray Player set top box, video game system). was looking around on newegg and found the NETGEAR WN2000RPT. Its advertised as a wireless extender but the description mentions that it has a 4port Ethernet "bridge".
Will this allow me to connect my Home Theater to my Main Wireless Router?
