Hey guys,
Need some help here. Been trying to figure this one out for hours and I'm about to give up. I just recently put together a new desktop with Vista and I am trying to connect it to my wireless router [Netgear WGR614v6] through a Zonet wireless USB adaptor ZEW2500P and even though I can see my connection, I always get limited connectivity, which basically means can't use it. I have already updated the firmware on the router and have been looking at a bunch of different sites to try and find an answer but I have not been able to find the answer.
I'm hoping some Networking gurus in here can help provide me with an answer.
The Vista install is clean, brand new and I haven't touched any of the settings. Also, I have checked, double-checked, triple-checked that the wireless security settings are the same for the router and on my Desktop. And yet nothing. If push comes to shove, I'll just buy a new router and hope for the best but I wanted to ask here first. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
