Netgear Router & Netmeeting

My brother just got his cable modem hooked up last week and if he hooks up his Netgear RP614 router Netmeeting and voice conversations in Messanger don't work. It works fine without the router hooked up. Any ideas on how to get around this problem. Does he need a different router or is their a work around?
 
Long story short, you need support for H323 masquarding for netmeeting to work well. or the person behind the nat to initate the call in some cases. as for MSN messenger this is usualy down to UPNP if your router has this enable it and it should work.
