NetApp2040 - Anyone here use one?

Any one here use a 2040 at the moment? If so what do you use it for and what do you think about it?
 
We use some and are pretty happy with them, using them mostly for NFS file serving in smaller VMWare clusters. It's a decent way to get a small setup that still supports HA and the various features you can get on NetApp (snapshots, cloning, dedupe, etc.). You're obviously limited with regard to expansion (no PCIe slots) so just be aware of the the capacity limitations going in.

They are also heading toward the end of their product cycle, you may want to check out the 2240 instead. It trades FC ports for more SAS ports, has a little more memory, and more expansion options.
 
Also, in November, NetApp moved the previously higher-end FAS2040 into the price segment that had been occupied by the FAS2020.
