I know there are a bunch of articles out there about this. Seems like some things have changed since 5.1 to 5.5 with the options that need to be set. Anyone have a start to finish setup for installing ESXi 5.5 as a VM on a physical ESXi 5.5 server?

If you don't have vCenter, I think you can just edit the .vmx and add "vhv.enable = “true”

That almost bit me in the butt the other night.

It appears with the latest version and using the web client, you don't need to do this. There is an option in the VM to enable VHV.
