Neo HE430 with Conroe?

hey guys, I am going to get Conroe here pretty soon, and I have been running with this system:

Antec Neo HE430
ASUS A8N-SLI
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
Corsair 2x 1GB ValueSelect PC3200
BFG 7950GX2 1GB
Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music
LiteOn DVD+RW 52x48x16x8
Samsung SATA 80GB 8MB 7200RPM
Western Digital SATA 250GB 8MB 7200RPM

and am wondering if I replace the CPU mobo and RAM with this:

MSI P965 NEO-F ATX LGA775 Conroe
Core 2 Duo E6300
OCZ Gold XTC PC2-6400 2GB DDR2-800

will I go overboard with the PSU?

Your NeoHE should hold up with one 7950GX2. But it won't have enough power on the 12V rail to power Quad-SLi (two of your current card).

I don't have plans for quad until after DX10 thanks!
