I need to reduce the load on the 15A circuit my computer is on. I have a 220 volt AC outlet in the room, will this http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=corp&sku=a2894900 work with my PC Power and Cooling S75QB 750W supply? the sticker on the psu reads 100-240 VAC, although there is no voltage switch. has anyone done this? I do not want to meet my local firemen.

It should work. There's no voltage switch because modern power supplies don't need them and will adjust to work with any voltage within that range.

Does your ac have that type of outlet plug? i see no issue either

Your PSU is probably auto sensing, the manufacturer's website should display the voltage range.
