Nehalem Coming Early (Oct)!

I know it's a little bit early, but how powerful is Nehalem supposed to be compared to an E8400 for example?

The real question is...since it seems we won't be able to overclock the Nehalem's, how will it compare to my E8400 @ 4.1GHz?
 
20 to 30 % faster clock for clock
will see but the lack of a way to OC (that we know of) other then upping the multiplier is a bummer
