Putting a Swiftech Radbox on my build, and one of the screws was a smidgen longer than the others.

Long story short, I punctured my HWLabs BlackIce GT 120.... :mad:

Anyone have a way that I can repair this rad? And buying another one is not an option right now. (Shipping and such would put it here too late). I have a timeline on this that expires on Thursday.
 
it is right below the screw hole, any tips on getting it to the offending hole?

Toothpick, metal rod, a dead pen, something to get it in there.

Even if you epoxy it, as soon as you can replace that radiator. Make sure it is mounted outside and below PC-level for extra safety. If that epoxy seal breaks, you'll have more than just a damaged radiator.

Yeah, it is slated to be an external mounted rad. The punctures happened on the end opposite the barbs. And the barbs were oriented to be on top. So the break actually happens to be on the rad in the best possible place... aside from the fact that it is nearly impossible to get JB Weld to! ;)
 
Take it to a radiator smithie and get it done right. Otherwise throw radiator away and get a new one. Think about what you are risking for a cheap fix...
