Need web/graphics person to help with misc. site work

I've been a member here for a number of years. I don't consider myself an 'expert' at all, but I have built a few good computers and solved a lot of other problems with help from the wonderful and knowledgeable folks on this forum. I trust the people here. Great folks! Thanks to you all.

Now to my question: I have a small company and need to create and/or modify some small web sites, as well as some graphics. So I need someone who is fairly proficient in web design and graphics, and is reasonably priced and honest. Can anyone recommend someone like this?
